Hi RAC61 - it’s the Nike Run Club app. It has some brilliant guided runs on it and is well worth a look. There’s something for everyone on it. Happy running! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️😀

Nike Run Club app- loads of guided runs of varying distances, or just key in a time or distance of your own - and get a lovely voice taking you through it.

I didn’t know you could key in your own time/distance - thanks! 😊

I use it to guide me through all my runs in the 'Quickstart' - and if I keep going after the time or distance it just keeps going with me- it gives all your stats when it syncs at the end. Just make sure you close it down properly when you finish - I've lost stats from closing it hastily!

And the best bit..... it's free!!! The coaches guide you through loads of different types of runs (if you wish), from speed/interval runs, hill workouts (find a hill and run up it, walk down) as well as the usual 5k etc distance, or timed runs. One of my favourites, is a 60min run where Coach Cory interviews Paula Radcliffe... brilliant!! 👍

I’ve done that one too - I really enjoyed it. 😀

A bit late to reply to this as I see you have the answer 😂It's a good app though, worth a look 👍

I think it’s a great app, the coaches are really good and keep you motivated in a fun way. App synchronises with Spotify so you have music in between the coaching. The only problem I’ve found is that it doesn’t write your route to Apple Health but it does write all the other data. Does anyone have the same problem and is there a solution?

Thanks

I enjoyed the Running in the cold, in hot weather and at night runs. They contain some really useful info. I also enjoy the 3,2,1 Go interval run. It’s only short but packs a punch! Enjoy exploring. It’s a great app
