Warm up for 15 mins then 30:30:30 with a cool down of 10 mins. The time goes so fast doing it this way.

Hey Killerblue. Where can I find a good Jeffing Run? Is there one on the NRC App? You sound so inspired I want to try the same! I love your positivity! 😍
Hi 58soon, I can’t see one on NRC so I’ve just googled it and there’s loads of info online. I’m not sure if there might also be info on here as well maybe in the pinned posts 🤗 at the moment I’m just trying it out so not following a plan. If I continue enjoying it and it is a way for me to get out there rather than procrastinating then I might find a plan.
