Inspired by Peter yesterday I decided to give running for a hour a go, I'd managed 49 mins doing my 5k run in November and figured it's only a bit longer. Have to admit my legs were really shouting at me at 8k, but I don't like quitting. Coach Bennet told me time was up at an hour and checked the app, distance was 9.84 km, so I dug deep and carried on for the 10k, took me another minute 👍
So yes, happy that's done and I've learned much from it. I definitely need to work on some intervals and add in some more strength training. I'm not good at just enjoying running for runnings sake, I like a goal. I'm blowing my own 🎺 today and make no apologies for it.

Hey, congratulations, there's definately something in the air this week! 🦌🦌🦌 it's great though, when you can just keep going, not sure what my legs were telling me! 🤣 like you say, we're all aiming for that 10k, and when you get so close, and it's going well, just got to make the most of it! I'm probably a little bit stiffer today, than usual, but so worth it, anyway, enjoy the moment! 🥳🥳🎊🎊🎉🎉
