Good morning runners! A happy Monday to all!
A smooth 10k was today's target and that's exactly what I got! No real issues, glad as likely my only run until weekend due to work.
I need to find a route without traffic lights 🤣 held up at about 7k and couldn't get back up to pace after the stop, last 3k was tough after that!
4 at least 10ks in a row 😁

Nice one 👍👍 Another 10k and 4 in a row. Now then... how are we going to keep up with you?! You are doing great and that is a cracking pace. Even with the traffic light stop delay.. feel your pain. I was caught twice at lights this morning and really could've done without jogging on the spot swinging my arms around waiting for the endless stream of cars to go by.. I was thinking, "my time, my time!!! I'll never get back up to pace now.. " etc. lool 😂😂
Isn't it weird what we have become?! 🤣🤣 I went to go for gait analysis today to finally get some running shoes....it doesn't open on a Monday 🤣🤦🏼♂️

There is no stopping the Jericho 10k machine- you were at the lights for so long because we had all had the doofer that we pressed to change the lights to red and slow you down so the gazelles could all catch you up😁😁 only kidding - you’re on a mission- going great 👍🏻😁
