So this morning I ran for the first time ever with no headphones and with a running buddy. It was really nice, but had to get my head round stopping for selfies and photos of the countryside! Once I accepted it was a social run and not a training session, I really enjoyed it.
I had chosen the route and bigged up the expansive, beautiful views of uninterrupted Devon countryside we would get half way round, but when we got there it was so foggy we could only see to the edge of the field!!!
We got very muddy, wet shoes, so I was delighted when I got back to discover that my new trail shoes had arrived.
All in all a good morning!

Lovely shoes Lizcanrun, but but but don't keep us guessing, what's the genus, species and variety 😆or even not you prefer the make and model, they look brilliant for the mud and trails 👍👍
After extensive and mind bogglingly confusing research, after which everything was clear as mud, I went for Merrell Novas. They're actually men's shoes. Reviews on Runners World website were good. Haven't been out in them yet, but they feel very comfy! (and 'only' 60 quid).
Wow that's a great bargain, and hey men's and women's shoes especially with running trainers, as long as the fit is good that's all that counts 👍 stilletos though Lizcanrun perhaps not 🙂
