After 3 gentle runs this week, recovering from my hip niggles, I decided today was the day to try and get back onto JuJu's Magic Plan. My last Magic Plan run was over a month ago - an exhausting 7k at the end of W3. So I thought I'd try again. And with Coach Bennett & Shalane's encouragement, I managed 7k, then pushed myself the last .5k to reach home.
It's hard to fit in the runs with work til 7pm every day, but this week I hope to do 2 shorter evening runs (I'm definitely not a morning person), then maybe an 8k next weekend. I'm telling you all, to make myself do it!
