Hi everyone, I’m not a good runner at all but I am slowly making my way through Ju Ju’s Magical Plan. I finished week one today. I’d reckon my next eight weeks will take me into colder weather. I’m a bit of a lump so probably most athletic type stuff wouldn’t fit, but would anyone know of where I might get a nice comfortable running outer layer?

Not being a particularly athletic build myself I went M & S black with small reflective pattern. I've got Ron Hill leggings which are from Go Outdoors and I really like them 😁 good luck and happy shopping 🏃‍♀️

Try hi-viz running shirts on Amazon.

Thank you. Will take a look now.

I'm a big size and Ron hill as mentioned fit well and are warm. I wear them for cycling as well. You could get a reflective waistcoat /tabbard - they are not expensive.
