Ju-Ju-βs Magic 10K Plan

Shorter run of the week today and I decided to spice things up again! Last week I did this run as 1K intervals (and enjoyed it) - so I thought Iβd add more intervals today:
0.5K run πββοΈ followed by 90 seconds walking x 8
Interestingly, I was ever so slightly slower today than last weeks longer intervals π€ but I was much stricter on my recovery walks - sticking to 90 seconds and using a timer to ensure I didnβt over walk. I know that last week I walked until my breathing was normal so I know the rest periods were longer.
Even so, not a bad interval/speed attempt for a Monday morning and the beginning of Week 6 πͺ
