Soooooo happy I actually ran for 51mins this morning covering 6.1km the longest time and distance I have ever run and I can’t believe I’m saying this but is was one of the most enjoyable and easiest runs I have ever done. I seemed to get into a sensible pace and as some friendly advice from the other day like Nemo and Dory I “just kept running” WHOO HOO
