Sunset stress

Beautiful sunset run with a quick pitstop dip in the sea. But the serene evening was marred by having to use my new iPhone’s TERRIBLE earphones.

They slipped out literally every 10 seconds throughout the 5k. In addition, as I got mad, my heart rate rose, thereby screwing with my stats.

Waiting for my 35mm adapter to arrive so I can plug in my trusty buds.

That sounds really irritating. Hope the view and the dip calmed you and🤞the next run will be more chilled ☺️

Oh annoying. One of the things I loved about graduating c25k was that I no longer needed to be plugged in with all the hassle. I’ve run almost a year unplugged, did try once in December to run with music but hated it. Hope your new tech suits the purpose. Happy running 🤗

Stunning photo! I hated the whole earphone thing - I now have bone conducting bluetooth Aftershokz which are brilliant. No more falling out of ears!
