After last week’s doldrums and sharing it her with you lovely lot something has really shifted for me. I’ve been focusing on looking for joy in my running (& in life) which is what I remember about running many moons ago and why I started running again.

That’s fabulous and i wish I’d read it before we went out as I felt my running this morning was no good on all counts, it wasn’t bad actually, flaming nicotine withdrawal lied to me
This is so beautiful dijep! I've take to doing a morning meditation and that's helping me to combat anxiety and really focus on the positive. Long may the sentiments you've written be remembered and achieved.
