...from Leosmit earlier. I downloaded it and took it on my run after work this evening! Paula Radcliffe is always great to listen to and it was a really good interview by Jenni Falconer. My only complaint is it wasn't long enough(!), so I had to faff around getting my phone out to find some music afterwards! My planned 7 turned in to a gentle 10k on my favourite route. Slight hiccup at 7.5k when I took a bit of a tumble on a very bumpy trail and ended up doing a stunt roll as I fell! ๐ณ Luckily no harm done!๐
Next run - Hill repeats (part 2)!๐ฉ๐

A couple of bruises and grazes but I think I was lucky, Linda! I t ook a few strides trying/flailing to regain my balance before finally going down, which I think helps break the fall!๐ Luckily, no one was around to see! ๐ณ
Honestly, it wasn't impressive!๐ณ๐ Yep, I need to download an app for the podcasts I think but have very little storage on my phone! (need to upgrade)๐
Until recently I read you as 'Sandraj' but think it's 'Sandra J' ๐๐๐๐
Stunts..running...trails. you need a 'da da daaaaaa' entrance! Another 10k pocketed. Well done you!
You stunt rolled Sandra? Noooo ๐คฆโโ๏ธ Iโm so glad no harm was done. ๐ Iโm impressed you were able to continue on. When I fell down a hole (yep) last year I wasnโt hurt at all - Iโd conducted a full body scan to make sure - but it didnโt half shake me up! I had a race that weekend too, and I remember thinking โjust my luckโ! ๐โโ๏ธ
Still, your run sounded delightful apart from that incident. โค๏ธ
The 'stunt roll' was really just me falling over and rolling- not very ladylike! I did have a moment where I thought 'yikes!' but think I was just very lucky!
