So today I was supposed to be in Oban for 5 days and for obvious reasons I had to cancel. So to cheer myself up I went out to run a 10k. It was one of those runs that everything felt right from start to finish . Saved the run at the end and it said 10kpb. So glad I'm a runner as it can put the smile back on my face just as I new it would.

That PB of 1:01:46 I am sure cheered you up a bit and made up for your cancelled holiday in Oban, congratulations on that PB, perhaps it won't be too long when you can run 10K in a little under an hour.
Awesome buddy! Wow, what a way to turn things around. The longer and slower runs must have helped. It was so good to read how you felt during the run. These types of run (where we go with them because we feel strong) are so awesome. I'm beaming for you!
So sorry about your holiday but huge congratulations on your 10k PB, that's amazing. I hope you get to go away soon but in the meantime, more PB's are waiting for you just outside your door, along with that sub 1 hour 10k I don't doubt. Enjoy the rest of your day and happy running πππΎπ₯πββοΈπ
Well done, fantastic time. Sorry you are missing your holiday. I should have been in Northumberland this week playing a 3 day golf competition. I was also looking forward to some runs along the beach π₯.
