Does anyone else find themselves only managing to get out to jog once or twice a week ? I can't get out of bed early ( still have toddler that wakes in night!) So sometimes the day passes without me getting out. Does it have a massive impact on overall fitness and stamina?

You can only do what fits your lifestyle, relax and enjoy the runs you do manage. I’m lucky that I opted to retire early a few years ago, due to lockdown I’m not involved looking after baby hugs or elderly relatives so I run alternate days. Happy running 🤗

I think you can only run when you can, and not worry about the ones you’re not doing LUHAN. If you’re running regularly , that’s going to keep your fitness up I’m sure. Enjoy your running - whenever you’re able to do it!

Like many people I can run more often due to decreased (granny) responsibilities 😢 but up till then I was only running once a week. I’ve managed to pick up quite easily (been running about 2 years) but really just celebrate getting out when you can. They will sleep through eventually 😴
