Felt better this afternoon after having to stop my last run a little short. Nice steady pace and after beginning to feel my knee, I stopped at 8m. This plan has given me so much stamina. Just hope my body stays with me! 😂

I’ve just noticed your mile pace is around the same as our kilometre pace, wonder if we have reached our peak or will build faster pace over our second year of running? That’s a good long distance too to keep up the pace
Stay safe stay well and enjoy the wonder that is running
For me personally it's about the distance. Every now and then I go after a PB but mainly want to run for the benefits it brings me and continue to do so until I'm unable to. I'm as fit now at 46 as I feel I've been for a number of years. I think there will be times ahead when you are quicker but if I can do half what you do in time then I'll be well chuffed.
