Was in two minds whether or not to run cause I was out last night and had several G&Ts but woke early so got up and did it. Glad I did it now because my head is clearer but won’t be drinking and running on a regular basis 🤪. On the plus side enjoyed starting to wear in my new trainers 😊

Update on shoes - have a blister on the inside of my arch. Blister plasters at the ready until they are worn in probably 😐

Wow they're nice and bright Mands, I haven't ventured towards trails yet but I'll give them a go sometime, as my area has so many great trails 👍👍

Thanks lmc59, I do love a bit of colour. Hoping that I’ll find some new trails and be more adventurous in my running routes with my new shoes.
