Mixing it up a little - running everyday

I decided this week to run everyday, not a big distance but just my local 3k route, I have so far completed five days, so just another two runs to go. After that a days break and then back to my normal three runs a week schedule. After my seven consecutive runs I will have completed 21k which is probably more than I would do in a normal week, so thats good. Its perhaps not a good long term plan but I thought it would make a change and help to get me back to some sort of fitness after a nearly month off sick in January, added to that I'm lifting weights also everyday. I'm a man on a mission 😄😄😄 Have a good running weekend everybody.

A mission indeed and sensible short distances. I'll be going for 2 days on the trot this weekend as want to run 29th as only chance for 4 years and also running 1st of each month in 2020. We do like challenges 🤣🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Thanks everybody, it hasn't really been too hard. I think I shall perhaps do two more days making a total of eight days on the trot then revert to my normal three times a week and increase the distances, well thats the plan anyway :)
