After all the consolidation runs of varying times and lengths I ran 7k today for the very first time! Yes it took me an hour on this beautiful spring like morning but I so enjoyed the run. Next part of the plan to build up to 8k taking it slow and steady.๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐
