This week we are taking a break from the strength exercises, and consolidating our long run. So letβs use this time to tune into our feelings about our running so far, and have a think, and a read about running! Here are a few ideas for reading material.

Blogger The Hungry Runner Girl is one of the most inspiring people I have found on the internet. Sheβs a mum, so there are a lot of photos of kids and dinner to get through on her blog π But her intelligent, warm, and determined personality, and her amazing running skills, are awe-inspiring to me! She is currently training for a place in the Olympic Marathon trials, how amazing is that? β Or how about a book or three? Christmas is comingβ¦ There are so many books about running to choose from these days!! I have read quite a few, including Run Like a Girl, Eat and Run, Born to Run - all fascinating and inspiring! My favourite, though, is still Ultramarathon Man by Dean Karnazes: amazon.co.uk/Ultramarathon-... Such exuberant (sometimes a little TMI perhaps!) descriptions of what it takes to run a really really long way - I love it! πππ
