Yes, I agreed. Lots of indicators it’d be a not so great run. I’d not been out running for 2 weeks and had been laid low a couple of days this week by a cold. Very little voice most of the week - very challenging with a deaf OH. Lots of -“What did you say?” Oh don’t worry it wasn’t important.”!!! Then just before I was heading out I went outside and that triggered my cough. Not looking promising. However it was miraculous. Hardly any coughing but anyway (thanks to my much improved core strength) I can run and cough at the same time 😆! Any others noticed that? No toxic 10, no heavy breathing (best my breathing had felt for ages in fact) and it was a very enjoyable outing. I did end up Jeffing a bit but think I just overheated towards the end. Go on - get out there. You might even surprise yourself. I loved it!

Great job... maybe the toxic 10 went with the pre-run coughing?! I’ve not tried coughing on the run so I’ll have to let you know when it happens.

That is so fantastic, yes i can cough and run at the same time and the deeper breathing clears any gunk sitting on my chest, Well done you 😀
Thank you. If he’d have had any say in it my OH would have had me stay at home. That’s why the couch has a huge dent on his side!!! 🤣
