Left to right, no explanation needed. Photo 2 Deals1 one of your glorious poppies you sent to me in France on the War Memorial in Fivemiletown, honouring my Great Uncle Sam, thank you Deals these poppies are very special π₯° my great grandparents house in the same town. That house, 60 mumble years later reminds me of an old lady - me aged about 5 (great grandma in black) sitting and looking up a huge chimney, looking up all the way to the sky, kettle heating up in the hearth and me being convinced she must be a witch π then hearing a cousin used to get a half a crown from her each time he went for a visit (Oh to be so lucky) and all I got was a crappy biscuit, which promptly got buried in the chicken feed outside shhhhh! Next photo: The non running action after Boston Parkrun, tokens being collated and in the corner out of view the chap with the computer posting the results and lastly Bramall Hall which we went to today. What a taonga, which is Maori for treasure, Gorgeous! For now Iβm going to enjoy what little time we have left here in the UK and Wilmslow parkrun I know I will jeff some of it, but for those of you fortunate to live and run in this beautiful country and for those of us who donβt live here but still get to be part of it. Arohanui β€οΈ

Iβve had an amazing time, Bbr and really looking forward to Wilmslow tomorrow. Will be heading home a little rounder and heavier but fortunately I know how to fix that πββοΈ. All the very best for your 10k race next week. Xxx π
