Seriously, though it has never been heard of before as I am notoriously lazy on a weekend morning...it had to be done to avoid the heat. And it was lovely for my week 3, 44 minute run...no-one about apart from the odd dog walker and a cool 16 degrees with cloud cover. I'm a changed woman, will definitely be doing it again ππββοΈπ

Well done Run46, what a great way to kick start the day and feeling great knowing you have done something positive for yourself. Enjoy the rest of your day πππ
Well done and definitely the best time of day to go. Iβm not a morning person either but I have also been going out really early.
Slightly worried about how I will feel going out at 6.30 when itβs cold and dark but for now iβm going to enjoy the last few weeks of lovely light mornings!
I go after work twice a week so Sunday is my only morning run (usually at 9 though) but I do love it...great way to start the day. Same concerns in the evenings soon, but I stay around the town/streets when it's dark where there are at least street lights on...they switch them off here during the night and not sure they are back on as early 6.30?! Good luck with it π
Thanks, yes I think I will also have to drive to somewhere with street lighting.
Happy running!
I prefer getting out early in the day ,
It's all done then ,love the silence only hear the birds .

Certainly the best time of the day to run in this heat gman1961
Great stuff! Thinking about it my journey to 10k and since has pretty much put an end to Sunday lie ins! π.
Iβm doing a long run tomorrow morning and Iβm going to get up early for it too! Xx
You'll love it...once you've managed to drag yourself out of bed and get going! It's so lovely and cool it makes the run seem easier and more peaceful, enjoy πx
