I run 3 days a week the 3 c25k+ podcasts and I would like to add a walking day. Do you know for how long should I walk and if a 10/km pace is ok?

Just walk... any distance that you fancy at a comfortable, not dawdling pace... any non-impact exercise on some of your rest days is just fine:) :) My average short walk would be about 6 miles :)

Today I walk 5k in1 hour. I felt and I still feel so wonderful, strong and relaxed that I think that walking should be an indispensable part of a running program
