After completing c25k last year and growing to live running.... I had an extended break from November to April and then struggled to get back into running. So I set myself a goal and registered for a 10k.
I was aiming for a sub 60 but based on the fact I’d didn’t run over 4 miles until 2 weeks before my race, I don’t think I did bad

That's wonderful! I graduated from c25k in April and am only just beginning to admit to myself that I might like to have a go at 10k.if I did I'd never do a time like that. I am slow, slow, slow! Fabulous achievement!
Mine is 700km in the year. It's keeping me running when otherwise I think I'd have given up, but the longer I leave it the more catching up I have to do. 18km required by the end of July!
