It would appear my Park Run euphoria lasted over a week because I completely forgot how difficult it was and about all that uphill running!! . All done now and I’m back to thinking they’re the best thing ever 😂🤦‍♀️🙌🥰

They are so good when you have done them. It surprises me pretty much EVERY time how hard a run is, but then I'll do a relaxed or chatty run, be completely absorbed, not notice it's difficult and be convinced it's easy. I'm due a little pootling run sometime soon.

I’m on 38 Parkruns and 10 Volunteer roles. I’m going to go for my 50th T-Shirt and continue to work towards 💯 and 25 volunteer T-Shirt.
