There are several podcasts for B210K, you could choose from any of them

I would recommend reading the FAQ post for postgraduate running. If you have recently graduated, you will probably want a few weeks consolidating; getting to 5k or becoming comfortable with your 30minute runs and then? Well the world is your oyster!

I graduated 3/26 from C25K. I have been doing the C25K plus runs since then 3x/week. I am interested in seeing what comes next.

If you have been running and have done the C25K and graduated then, take a look at this post..

If your looking to build up to 10k, Ju-ju has a great plan that many of us used. I believe the most recent plan is on the second week but you can join at any time and you don't need to be on the same week as others. I did mine on my own with a few others at about the same point that kept us motivated.
