The past couple of longer runs I’ve done, I’ve been outside and it’s been quite cold, and my fingers have ended up really swollen! Anyone else experience this, and any tips for prevention? Do you think it’s the cold?

It can happen
This happens to me sometimes- I think its worse when I am warm and lose salts through glistening excessively. I make sure I take my rings off before I run and it always returns to normal within a fairly short time. So I wouldn't worry

So, in spite of little reference of being related to the cold when I searched google, I have not had swollen fingers since buying gloves. And now it’s warmer I’m runnng for 60+ minutes without gloves and no swollen fingers.
