That seems reasonable but now you have cracked it you should register with park run, print the bar code and get yourself to your local one, make it one of your runs, great way of getting used to running other people before May ;) everyone is really friendly and it becomes a bit addictive, I am on number 11, you get an email with your time Saturday afternoon, great way of seeing progress, I am 2 minutes quicker than my first one and have had 3 PB’s in the 11 runs ;)

Give it a bit of time you will get used to it, you are still learning where that comfortable pace is, ease yourself in i was nervous and self conscious at first, it will come

Anyway more importantly SUNDAY !

you are doing your graduation run 🏃‍♀️ Happy days !

Don’t be afraid to run alone. It’s fine it really is 🙂. You can take your phone

I'll second that- running on your own is fine (actually my preference) 😊

Give it a go and see how it feels. You'll find what works for you in time. My only option is outdoor and I do all my running alone, well unless you count my imagination! 🤣🤣
