is there any mum in Winchester who does walking. I am looking for a walking partner. preferably in the morning after school run in the morning and with a buggy. starting with walk for now might do running when I get fit.

Hi, you might be better checking out the Active 10 forum here as that's about walking, or the Couch to 5K forum. People here have all learned to run continuously for 30 minutes (mostly using Couch to 5k) and starting to think about taking it further.

That said, I found my route to improved fitness was running rather than walking (and I have a health condition which has a serious impact on my ability to exercise) We have had people doing C25K with a child in a buggy.
