My knee felt better, but after 4 days without a run I was a bit sceptical about it. So I planned to run just 2 Km to test it out. All went well though.
So I plan to repeat the 7Km that caused the knee issue on Wednesday, but on a flatter route. If that, and a Parkrun on Saturday work out OK, I shall only have slipped a week in my 10Km programme.
Hope your week is good.

Us newbie runners all seem to be struggling with niggles as soon as we try steep or uneven terrain... I’m hoping I can get my legs etc gradually stronger by running on smooth flattish surfaces for longer, then will see what happens when I try to introduce unevenness / things a bit steeper later...🤞
