In my previous post I talked about a walk I was able to do now that I had started running, and how proud I was to have achieved it! This is a picture from about a third of the way down the hill. We walked and slipped our way to the bottom - approx. 9k. The scenery was breath-taking, when we had the chance to look at it! The lady on the left helped me find my footing when we had to climb, but it was my legs that survived! Still very proud of what I can now achieve given my starting point in February.
My next goal is 15k by December, with a reasonable time for my 10k too.
