Retro weekend - no running

Didn't run at the weekend as we went to the Newbury Retro Festival. However, we did dance the night away to the fabulous Earl Jackson (fast and furious jiving!)

Now back home in France and am continuing with my post-IC runs. Building up slowly but knees and neck seem to be fine - might even manage a Parkrun when I come over to the UK in a couple if weeks.

Hope that you didn't get too wet! And you were one mile from me! Lots of lovely running in the countryside around Chieveley, and we're not far from The Ridgeway. But it sounds as though you had plenty of exercise with fast jiving :-)

We got a bit damp round the edges late Saturday afternoon and of course Sunday morning was just horrid! In fact we changed our ferry booking from 11.00pm to 5.00pm on Sunday as it seemed pointless hanging around in the rain. Great weekend though!
