WATCH and learn, please....

I’d like a really big sports watch so that when I look down I can easily see my distance, time and pace. Any advice? Garmin, Suunto or should I stick with having to keep checking my phone?

Garmin 235 works for me.

Why this model over the forerunner 35?

It was cheap 😂 and it was what the shop had (don't live in the U.K.) But I like it.

Thanks for your reply. I like going into shops with less to choose from - less to get stressed over! Happy running....

FR 35 is a newer model and is probably more than adequate. But I was dazzled by that colour screen 🏃🏻‍♂️👀

Garmin Fenix 5s here, but the other Garmins are excellent too.

I have a Garmin FR235 as well. Can't remember why that one, but I looked at all the Internet had to offer at a price I could afford and decided it would suit me best. It was discounted at the time I hasten to add. I have never been a watch wearer... I am now! Messing with my phone on a run used to drive me nuts! Good luck with your search. 🙂

Messing with my phone is what's driving me nuts too and has driven me to post this query! Thanks for your replies - Garmin it is. Xx

My children clubbed together for my birthday and gave me a Garmin Vivoactive 3. Seems to have all of the excellent Garmin sports watch features, combined with a good number of smart watch features, and also looks really elegant
