I have not got a playlist, but this one would be on it just for the words, must find out, it starts -I am on my way looking for the answers, etc., and ends we are humansπ€ we are dancers.
Xanadu, Olivia Newton - John would be on there also for the words.π€
Thanks for the badge I am so pleased with it, need to get into playlists, just a techie π¦ with emojiβs at present.
Thank you ju-ju - up to 8 and a half thanks to your plan and advice.. drop down a little tonight (evening run is the only run possible)... hope everyone is doing ok?
Well done - I think I could have done another half a mile or so... but stuck to the plan.. at least I know it's in sight - then just need to crack on with another 6 and a half (half in October)..
Late run last night, managed the 8k, home at 10.30pm. I'm more a night owl, than an early morning chicken!
I am finding it hard going though ..... I can only find time for two runs a week, so have been doing the 5K and the longer run - not sure if my stamina in improving quick enough to keep up. It does however give me an extra day or so to try and recover! :-0
Week 3 is done π 7k in 59 minutes, more than happy with that as it seems to be a similar pace to my 5k. If I can stay at a consistent pace and just keep increasing the distance, thatβll do me, especially at 13:00 in this weather. πβοΈππ»ββοΈ π₯€π₯€π₯€
