I was reading this on the BBC pages and thought wow! It's not about the 1000th Marathon is what this guy has been through.

My Mother in Law and a friend of mine were both struck down with that illness, it's so rare that not many GPs and some Hospitals will be unlikely to diagnose it in time. All the same well done and respect to him.
