Isn't week 6 the last week so 4, 5 and 10k? Or has it all changed now.
Ju-ju's plans and mentions of other plans can be found in the Bridge to 10K forum, you can use the search button. Ju-ju's latest week 1 is here healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... . There are also podcasts from Sami Murphy and other programmes you can use. I used Sami Murphy as I loved the music and liked having a voice telling me what to do like we did in C25K, but it works in a different way. But if you haven't yet graduated I would wait a while before looking at moving on to 10k. It is good to spend a few weeks after graduation consolidating your 30minute runs. You can continue using week 9 podcast/app or use the 5K+ podcasts which will help build strength and stamina. After a few weeks of consolidation your running legs will be in much better form to start on the bridge to 10k and there will be less risk of injury.
