So for the first time since Boxing Day I got out for a run... feeling a lot better and itching to get out... first proper rainy windy run (thanks storm Dylan), but I thoroughly enjoyed it... only managed 5km (also happened to be a virtual run so blings coming my way), 8km is on my radar but for now I can enjoy New Years 😁👌

Well done on your virtual 5K run, and for facing down storm Dylan! That must make you some kind of storm facing warrior...I always feel like a bit of a hero if I run in bad weather (but what I look like is a soggy, wet dog that's just dragged it's way out of the lake!).

Looking forward to hearing about your journey towards 8K in the new year. Enjoy your celebrations! 🎉

I did look like a drowned rat but it made the hot bath even more worth it... 👍👌

Finally over my injury so this week I am back on it 👍
