Another 25 minute run

Had a week off due to shin splints + travel, but it was time for another 25 minute run. Remembered the mistakes of my last run, which did not go well, and made sure to gradually increase speed over the entire run. I didn't enjoy the run at all (I was thinking of many things, and I run best when I can clear my head) but I managed to keep my regular pace and have negative splits throughout, so I'm happy with it. Onwards and upwards!

Thanks floss 😊 can't wait till the day I cross 5k! It's the most I've run so far. Slow and steady will get me there.
