I haven't looked on the forums for ages but it's good to see so many "old" names from the C25K forum on here and to see that you're all doing so well! For anyone who remembers me, I'm still running, have done several 10Ks (slowly!) and am now leading C25K classes which is great fun and very satisfying! I shall go and carry on reading the posts now!

Remember me ... Good King Wenceslas !!!! Yeay... so good to see you back here.... I am still here... your ideas for carols got me through my graduation in 2015 ...and here I am... up to 10K now too

I am a Grammy now and have a small runner in training...have broken a couple of ribs, written loads of rambling posts,( my friends on here still put up with me)...and still loving this wonderful thing called running

How brilliant is this.. you are up to 10Ks... ( I am still slow and steady too, despite the prevalence of speedsters on C25K currently )! and you are leading C25K classes ...wow , go you!!!

Please, post occasionally... I have missed you !

Hi Floss, Of course I remember you, and our carol singing! 😁 I have three little runners in training now, two are 2 years old and one 9 month old and they're all gorgeous (and probably faster than me...). How did you manage to break ribs? I've obviously missed out on stuff while not reading the forums! I'm still loving the running, especially getting others to try it out and seeing their progress. Don't youngsters run fast tho? I'm usually shouting instruction from the back or telling them to run to a point and then wait for me to catch up!! 😂 Take care and I will try to post much more! xxx

Hello Pinguette, how fab to see you back again and still running! Whoop whoop. Congrats on the 10K's and on leading classes. That's brilliant.

There's quite a few of us "oldies" still around. I, for one, am just too nosey to disappear as I love to see what everyone gets up to. And I love to see graduates return 🙂

Now you're back you need to keep posting and stay with us.

Still going Pinguette. Had a 10K race on Sunday and it was hot hot but I got nice bling!

I did the Exeter Women's Series 10K on Sunday, it was baking!!! But got two medals (did the mile fun run too) and a t-shirt so I was happy despite the risk of spontaneous combustion..... 😁 xxx

Hello welcome back Pinguette - not sure I knew you first time around - we may have missed each other on c25k despite doing the programme only a few months apart... Sounds like things are going well There's less traffic on here and you've probably spotted a few familiar faces already. Have you also found the marathon and race support forum? You might recognise a few people there too

Oh dear, I see I'm a month late in replying to you, Ruth, so sorry about that! I just don't know where time goes.... 😱 I'll have a look for the marathon and race support forums, thanks for the suggestion. 😊 How are you doing with your training? I've done quite a few 10Ks now and can always find my time nice and easily by looking on the last page of the results.... 😂 But I enjoy doing them anyway, especially if there's a medal and a t-shirt on offer! 😂 xx
