Minus 3 where I am at the moment (with clear blue sky's) lower than that in other parts of UK.. I shall be venturing out shortly!

nhs2015 and Bazza1234 - much respect to you both. I might moan - I DO moan - about heading out in our wintry temperatures but I realized when I was in Majorca in October (can't believe it was only last month!) that running in the heat is arguably harder.

Dry heat is ok Anne but humid heat is impossible.

While up North in October when we had a very humid week i had to stop my run as my glasses were fogging up and it was very uncomfortable

I think that's the reason they invented treadmills and airconditioned gyms...

Oh Bazza that sounds perfect for lounging around, but not so good for running! I ran in the most beautiful frosty -1 deg this morning. Couldn't have been nicer!

So - you know I was out scraping ice off the windscreen at 6.30 this morning.

Your were OUTSIDE at 6:30AM? Can't do that here - too hot by then!! :) I am running now at 4:30AM, just before sunrise. :)

I have both extremes of temperature, boiling sun in France in Summer, this winter in England has been the coldest I've ever known this early. I don't mind the heat too much, but find full sun just too much for my eyes, even with good sunglasses. On the other hand, at least you can actually get out in the heat I don't mind cold, in fact I like it, but ice is an absolute no no.
