Last week I ran my local parkrun - non-stop running for 31:40. Today I ran to each Klm marker and then walked for 1 minute - for a time of 31:42!!. The previous week I was trying to average 6:45 perK but couldn't keep my pace down - today I was trying to average 7:00 per K but once again couldn't keep the pace down to that.
