Time has escaped me today and now I have been out for a lunchtime meal and feel full up. Still need to run tonight so have left it a couple of hours and will go for a night run. Not sure what it will b like but giving it a try LOL

Carvery plus a bag of chocolate Brazil's = best run ever! I waited 2 hours before venturing out in the dark, high via best and kept to the main paths. Most enjoyable 5K ever, legs felt good, breathing great so carried on a bit longer to 5.5 Km in 40 minutes. Thought I would struggle too LOL

I must try this .......

It sounds significantly more fun than some of my other training activities!
