Run walk with Rico

Nearly 9k this morning using walk for 60 seconds run for 90 seconds. Lots of leaves on the floor so trail shoes were handy.

Some nice bursts of speed and some faster miles in the middle.

Good fun all round and a tired and happy dog.

It was shame about the 2 hours gardening I had to do this afternoon. I HATE LEAVES!

Oh yeah. That is not so good! Nice to look at but rubbish to clean up!

You and me both! For some reason, this year they are getting into every room in the house. It's lucky we have wooden floors as they are easily cleaned up but it's getting to be a real pain - and there's still loads of leaves left on the trees and plenty on the lawn.

But running through leaves on the trail now that's smiley running!
