Gallbladder Adenomyomitosis after Breast Cancer... HER2 positive (+++)...Not received Herceptin(Trastuzumab)

My mother had Grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma. ER/PR negative and HER 2 +++. She had right breast mastectomy done. Received 8 cycle of chemotherapy and 15 cycle of radiotherapy. But she did not received herceptin (trastuzumab) as we could not afford that. For 2 years she is clinically well. CA 15. 3 is normal. 4 months ago her whole abdomen ultrasonogram report showed that small polyp in gallbladder. And yesterday she had another ultrasound done and this recent report showed that adenomymatosis of gall bladder. Is this risky??? Is this the sign of cancer returning?? What should we do now???

Adenomyomatosis of gall bladder has nothing to do with breast cancer, don’t worry. Discuss with your doctor what to do next.
