Lump in right breast and under armpit

Hi. I am a 21 year old girl. A couple months ago I noticed a lump in my right outer breast and also under my right armpit. I neglected it thinking its nothing. But over the past month I have started getting paranoid. The lump in my breast is moveable and it feels extremely tender a week before my menstrual cycle. It doesnt particularly hurt unless I put pressure on it. I have a very strong history of breast cancer in my family. I am gonna get my lumps checked out soon. But i cant stop fearing the worst. It is giving me a lot of anxiety and makes me very tearful .

From the symptoms you described, sounds more like a fibroid or so, which is nothing to worry about at all. But since any decision on any lump can only be given after a proper examination, I would suggest you to visit your doc once so that there is no apprehension.

Please get the lump checked as soon as possible. Putting off an appointment only leaves you worrying, probably needlessly. When I was in my 20s I had a large lump appear very suddenly. I was panicked. It was just a cyst, which was drained - a very simple 20 minute appointment that took away all of my fears.
