Lymphedema in breast

I had masectomy in one breast last year and reconstruction through tram flap.Twice I got rashes in my arm..once due to a cut and second time, I probably slept on it.

Recently , I got a rash on my treated breast and chills and fever as it happened earlier too! So, I am again on antibiotics.

Does anyone else find it difficult to deal with the unpredictability of lymphedema despite being precautious?

I didn't know I could get on my breast too, did anyone have similat experience?

Is it lymphedema or fluid accumulation . For me post lumpectomy when an Ultrasound was done there was fluid noticed in the treated side but unfortunately where I am getting treated the surgeons don’t do aspiration unless it’s very severe.
