My mother has a Brest cancer stage one after mestectomy oncologist decided to do 6 sessions of chemotherapy then will do radiotherapy but, my question is please tell me first session of chemotherapy is more hard or middle one or last one. Could you please tell me which sessions create more side effects first or last

It's nothing fixed. For some, it is the first few cycles which create some problems and they settle by next cycles. And for others, initial chemo sessions may be smooth and they might get some problems in last few cycles. When one will develop side effects is not predictable.
