It is 6 months since my last chemo and 4 months since the last radiation. my hair has grown back and now I wish to colour it for grey coverage. Can i get it done or will there be any medical issues if I do so. I am on harmone therapy.

You can very well get it done, no issues. Hormonal therapy does not cause hair disturbance in most, though in few there may be sparse hair on hormone therapy. So if you hair is otherwise healthy and not too thin, then there should be no problem in colouring the hair.
