I had surgery for breast cancer.hormone positive HER2 negative .

I received 8 chemotherapy Tamoxifen and Zoladex .

January 2024 I got liver metastases. Ca15-3 markers > 800.

I received 8 Docetaxel and I had regression (Ca15-3 is 125).

I have been taking Palbociclib + Anastrazole for 2 months. Ca15-3 marker became high again (386)

Have you also had variations in tumor markers?

So sorry to see this. I would suggest posting in Metastatic Breast Cancer Form - Many have experienced raising CA 15/3 markers. There are a number of reasons for the increase as it typically measures inflammation. Cancer cells create inflammation but inflammation can also increase when those cancer cells are dying. healthunlocked.com/share-me...
