Wondering if any ladies have had any experience with using cannabis oil for alleviating some of the symptoms of chemo? Or any other alternative medications suggested by the oncologist? ๐ŸŒบ

How long have you been suffering with the side effects? Does the oncologist suggest anything for relief? Obviously not! Maybe you could try the aloe Vera?

Thanks Maggie. I'm already eating mostly raw veggies, chia, ginger, turmeric etc in smoothies. Green tea with dandelion root about three times a day as well as a co enzyme 10, trying to build immunity ahead of chemo. How are you doing now Maggie?

I haven't yet been prescribed chemo, however I feel it will be the next stage when I see an oncologist this week or next. Although laws are gradually changing here in Australia it won't be soon enough to legally help me with cannabis oil. I have a good son who will be making some for me to use though. It's ridiculous that a natural plant is banned, whilst toxic manufactured medicines are protocol. I will keep you informed. ๐ŸŒบ

Where abouts in Australia are you Jak? My kids were saying on the weekend I should try Cannabis oil. Do you think the Dr can prescribe it?

Cheers Judy

Hi Judy, I am living in NSW Port Macquarie. That's about four hours drive North from Sydney. My son is sourcing the weed from mates who grow the proper stuff, naturally. Then he will make the oil for me here. We have a still ( hubby makes his own spirits which is legal) and using the pure ethanol from that we can make good oil. Not only has it been documented to kill off some cancer cells, but it relieves the symptoms of chemo, like nausea ( got to be better than steroids) as well as encouraging appetite and inducing sleep.
